Achieving
top performance for your bearing or bushing is not always
possible using standard materials. PPL has
formulated custom blended materials ( materials
available ) to create just the right set of properties for
a given application. Often times, this means adding
carbon fiber or glass fiber for strength and / or PTFE, UHMW,
or graphite for lubricity.
Our
own line of standard custom blended materials (Polymer Blend)
may be perfect for your situation. In addition to high
performance, these materials offer exceptional economy.
