Polymer
Blend 15 is a blend of 5% PTFE, 10% UHMW and a 6/6 Nylon
matrix margin.
Polymer Blend 15 is an effective, lower cost, bearing material
that exhibits unusually good bearing properties. Polymer Blend
15 is especially effective against anodized aluminum shafting
in both linear and rotational applications. We recommend Polymer Blend 15
for applications
against CRS in sandy/dirty environments as was proven in
lawn mower wheel bearings in a Florida endurance test.
